I set up a 5 night Western Caribbean cruise for my family with Joy Lee. She was not professional and we had to call her about everything. This was our first cruise, so we didn’t know much of anything. Every time I called she was never in the office. I would leave a message and wouldn’t get a call back. I had to ask family members who had cruised before for details on what to do. Bad service. Will not use them again.

Easy to find, ample parking. Went in because I was having trouble online scheduling multi-city flights. Greeted by receptionist and told immediately that there was a $35 service fee and they did not receive money from airlines. When I mentioned international travel, it went to $55. Explained I had a multi-city trip and she told me they would have the same problem as me linking flights, that they didn't do much of that.
