Horrible customer service, he asked me about my address and before I finished he hung up on me.
$95.00.. You talk about having a bad day!!! The train left from Ronkonkoma to Riverhead before I can get aboard. My phone battey died so I couldn't call Uber or a friend. I had to use the village taxi. It was 7:30pm, snowing out and it was Sunday. They charged me $95.00 to Riverhead. I felt violated. I was so upset and angry, it took me 5 minutes to calm down.
