I had a really weird and uncomfortable experience at this car wash. I asked for the basic full-service wash, which included vacuuming the interior, blowout interior, windows cleaned, and dash wiped. The staff member, Jason, asked me to “open the door,” which immediately felt strange. Then he told me that because I had a “rubber mask,” I couldn’t get that service and would have to pay $10–$20 more for a different package. Excellent value for money if you get the monthly unlimited program. The only thing I don't like is that you get out of the car instead of driving through yourself. But they do a really good job there. Nice staff.

Sorry. This is a horrible car wash. First - everything is an upsell. From the first to the last interaction, you will have here they will try to shake you down for extra services. Fine, it’s a business, I get it. The problem is that you will come here and it will be empty and it will take at least a half hour for them to wash your car. They are completely understaffed. Do not go here. Went in and got the “best option” for $90 and left with a dirty car. It was sold to me as a full detailing plus wash/wax. I was told it would take 30 minutes and it took 1 hour and 10 mins. I went back to complain and the employee just told me he was sorry and would “talk to his boss”. Unprofessional service and amateur results for an exorbitant price. Instead of choosing Mr. Suds, go to Aqua Car Wash further south at 616 New York Ave.

Stopped by because my truck needed a good wash. When I arrived, there were two lanes—one on the left (empty) and one on the right with a car already in it. The attendant waved me into the left lane, so I pulled in. I told him I wanted the highest package and then went inside. As I was walking in, I noticed two cars pull in behind the vehicle that had been ahead of me.
