Loren has been preparing my taxes since 2021. I'm not the most organized person and he's been gracious even helping with extensions as needed. The prices are the most reasonable I've found over the years in FL. Give them a try, especially if you get flagged after doing them on your own. It's worth hiring a professional who is knowledgeable about all the changes.
Called in to Village tax with a question about some taxes I had filed for the year 2020. Explained the situation, and full well knowing there was no money to be made with me, Loren was still good enough to give me a call back, and even went so far as to research and text me the information I needed to have my situation handled! Terrible experience. Avoid. Find somewhere else. Almost the entire experience was bad, I had to follow up all the time to get answers and updates. Very unprofessional in my opinion. (Their reply is slanderous. I never asked them to act outside of any laws, Federal or State laws. Unfortunately, it is not unbelievable that they would reply in this manner. It is Indicative of the service and treatment I received.)
