Check in was a mess. We arrived at 4pm to check in and there was nowhere to park (had to do a big circle 4-5 times and then park somewhere illegally). There was a huge line and it took almost an hour to get our room keys. All the desks were staffed but they definitely need to figure out a new system. The room was beautiful and a great size but the beds were so uncomfortable and the sheets and pillows were the worst I've seen in a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with all supplies we needed
