From the day we adopted Poko in 2013 to the moment we said goodbye in 2025, Village Square Veterinary Hospital was our trusted partner in his care. Even though we live over 30 minutes away, we always returned to them because their compassion and attentiveness far surpassed other clinics. Loved this place. The whole staff was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable, including Dr. Hsai. So glad we finally established service here after moving to the area several years ago!
Dr. Christiansen came to my home to look at my cat with very short notice. She quickly put me at ease which in turn relaxed my pets impressed me with her high degree of professionalism as she diagnosed while explaining next steps. I highly recommend Dr. Christiansen and don't foresee putting my pets through the stresses of traveling to the vet thanks to her.
