HOA is very high and the place looks like crap. Honestly I'm not sure where the HOA money is going towards cause the place looks so beet up and UNKEPT. I've already had 2 issues with my home that you think the HOA will take care of for you or atleast part of it and nope. One issue being my a.c line/pipe thats clogged up from the OUTSIDE of the building and was told it would come out of our pockets to unclog. I can't wait to move out of here!
