We got a confirmation call yesterday. The lady on the phone confirmed that the vaccination apt will be today at this centre. We got our 2 month old baby ready for the apt, got an Uber and came here in this cold weather. When we reached here we found out that the centre has been closed for a week due to flooding. It’s insane how they didn’t send us an email or called us to let us know that the apt was cancelled due to flooding. I found this place very nice and helpful. I wanted to get my son's vaccination updated. And it was a breeze. They were kind and did it quickly !
Stuffs are very rude. My sun had vaccine when I arrived it was 5/7 minutes and that the front desk stuff accepted but the nurse Ms.Tiru was yelling. She was very rush. My sun is only 4 years. Me and wife was managing our sun but she was saying if he not gonna ok then to take another appointment even it wasn’t a minuets though.
