Up date.. I like the new maintenance and je is very efficient..hope he doesn't leave still wishing they had someone doing filter changes monthly my power bill is outrageous ..and still quiet for the most part here so were thankful
They never fix anything.. its crazy the maintenance men dont actually go fix things i just get links to review services they do not complete.. I wonder do they know.. probably not .. very unsatisfied and the rent is not worth what im scraping to pay 😒
Very good place to live. They changed management a few times but the most recent group is very responsive and nice. For the price it’s pretty hard to beat given its convenient location. Would live here again.
If I can give a 0 star I would! Please don't move in this apartment, maintenance and management sucks! I have a molded and rotten ceiling since I moved in 2 years ago and they didn't even budge in fixing it. I wish I can report this to higher management. And they all just wanna keep going up on the rent. It don't make sense. Its so frustrating.
