I am a current resident at village square apartments in essexville and im here to tell you do not waste your time or money with this place in the couple years I have lived here it has been nothing but problem after problem the "Maintenence" guys that work here are little to no help at all they have made me feal on edge and uncomfortable in my own apartment several times they have barged there way in early in the morning on a weekend to replace the seal on my fridge and when they came in they didn't even have the right size o... read more

very bad apartments smelly and outdated and the lady at the leasing office is rude and very unwelcoming. we almost made us leave before the show . I am glad we drove 3 hours to see that apartment before taking the decision to lease there. It was worth it
