I lived at Village South apartments for a year and really enjoyed my stay. The folks that manage the property are very nice and great to deal with and they gave me a great deal for the area. 5 stars for sure!
Have lived here during both 2016 and 2017 and the apartment itself, the grounds and the management have been terrific. I had an emergency and the maintenance guy was able to help me out greatly and do me a favor in a pinch. Management has gotten back to all of my calls and emails, and responded promptly to lights being out and any other concerns that may come up. Easy to work with, plenty of parking and no issues! Great place to stay and an easy drive into Nashville. Really enjoy staying here (and continue to do so).
I stayed here for 1 month in order to get a stem cell transplant by the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. The transplant process takes 30 days. The management by Custom Corporates, Inc, was excellent, very responsive and freindy. Anything that broke or was not working, like the garbage disposal, or the oven light was fixed by the next day.
