Very nice place
It has been two years at VSR and 4 years with the Goodman group this year. I love our residents. They are the sweetest group of people. My coworkers are nice. I appreciate the whole team for doing their best for our residents.
I am not a fan of corporate run work places, but the Village is an exception. Working here, you don't feel like a cog in the machine. Instead, you feel at home and part of a team that cares about you. The residents themselves are lovely, vibrant, and inclusive to newcomers. It's a place I would feel comfortable having my grandparents live, knowing they'd be well cared for.
It is a great facility, clean, well managed and professional.
I have worked at the village for almost 3 years. This is by far the place I’ve ever worked, everyday you feel like you’ve made a difference in the world. I’m a cook here and I love making the residents full and happy.
