What a complete waste of my time, I wrote to the Health Department about the peoples dog above me doing its business on the deck above me, they said that they came out and investigated and did not see any evidence of pee on the walls or windows. Really!!! FYI - The same night 15 minutes after I received their email, I was looking at a stream of pee from the dog! They said that they contacted the property manager, which I have been trying to get to stop this of over 10 months and he told them that he would take care of it!? I... read more
