went to look for strike plates for my mortise locks and was impressed to see so many in the display cases. then i walked into the back room and saw there were hundreds more along with all the different hardware parts i didn’t even know i needed. staff was super friendly and helpful. hope i bought everything i needed, but if not at least i have an excuse to go back! so happy places like this exist :)
Went into Village Salvage today and got to meet Deb who was very sweet and knowledgeable about store products. She was easy to have small talk with and was more than willing to help when looking for a specific shirt as a gift for my father for Father’s Day.
The hand-made furniture is amazing quality, the help is friendly and just walking through is worth doing.
Wow. It’s more than just old antiques it’s the bits and pieces to complete doors and cabinets. It’s a nice store with old and a few fusion modern touches.
