We bought our Primiar Ultra Light 30 over 10 years ago. It has served us well but what impresses me the most is that our salesman to this day knows who we are and makes sure we are looked after very well. I have never had a bad experience there. The unit has served us as an office, a place to live while we had our concession at the lake, and now as we travel in our retirement.
We were just overwhelmed with the excellent service and assistance we received from Village RV. Everyone was helpful, thorough and made us feel comfortable driving off the lot with our first RV. Was a great experience.
I purchased a 2007 Nash camper in the fall of 2025 and I made the mistake of being somewhat less than vigilant when inspecting the camper before buying it. Before putting it in storage, I found water damage to about 12 inches of the roof at the front. I was able to pull back the membrane and replace the wood & insulation. I then arranged to bring it to Village RV to reglue the membrane and they did a great job. This spring I found more water damage in the roof of the slide. Not a great experience. I asked to see RVs within a price range. Booked a day in. Showed up and was shown three RVs, all over my price range. Did not get the memo. Went to another place that day and bought an RV.
