Very friendly, helpful and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. I would def rate our experience as exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, showroom, sales, business office, delivery and possession we felt like we were apart of the Village RV family. We are loving our cozy home away from home. Thanks Adam, Clarissa...your expertise were top notch.

While the collision damage on our 5th wheel was being repaired by this firm last fall, we asked that they repair a malfunctioning powered awning and the automatic leveling system. After a 9 week wait (the RV was previously brought in for the parts order), the awning was successfully repaired for approximately $1,000. For an additional $385, they diagnosed the leveling system issue as a weak battery. We replaced the battery at the objection of the battery vendor. I was there last week oh my god the most expensive place!!!! Just to see a problem NOT to fix they ask for about 200 dollars!!!! They claim labour costs but do you guys pay any of your works at least 50 dollars an hour, sorry just a rip off place...
