I purchased a season ticket and was not told if using the rides you had to remove specticals ( so you can't see anything ) and to add insult remove hearing aids ( so you can't hear anything ) this is absoluty rediculous and abusive, I used my season ticket once only anywhere else there are laws against discrimination village roadshow weaponize rules to refuse service

Essentially donated $219 to this thieving company- they assumed I sold a e-gift card to someone else so they cancelled it when in fact I hadn’t and was trying to use the e-gift card myself. Tried to resolve the issue but was put through to a supervisor named Karl who’s position of power has clearly gone to his head and used Facebook to unprofessionally contact customers. Karl could use some work and training on his customer aggression de-escalation skills!
