Joyce sold my parents their house over 30 years ago. After my parents passed away Joyce swanned into the house as if she was owed the listing. She made disparaging remarks about my beautiful and well maintained childhood home and pressured me to sign a document granting her the listing immediately, without any discussion of costs and strategy.
