I give them a call. Just to ask little questions. But they give me attitude
Established care here as a new patient in September, only to get a notice in the mail the primary care provider is leaving the practice shortly after and none of the other providers at the practice could take us on as new patients. It gave us a list of other local places to call. I had to pay for a new patient visit again, which resulted in a bill of $286. I wish they handled this differently.
I was trying to sign up for a primary here. A gentleman called me back. I forget his name but he was very rude. Very poor tone when telling me I needed doctors records to sign up for a primary care here. Which is a stupid policy anyways. He didn’t even bother to collect my info. I could call my old primary but out of principle I will not be coming here based on the attitude of the person over the phone.
