Had a great understanding of what’s going on with my diabetes and neuropathy and treatments.
Never got to see the doctor, I couldn’t even pass the front desk. I arrived at 8:00 am, we are told by one of the staff to wait outside be a use they are not ready. Then eventually they allow us to come in, waited the staff was stressed and didn’t know how to sign me in because the front desk lady was not there, at 8:30 am (appointment time) they finally figure the tablets so I can sign in, 8:58 am they call me back just to pay, then I was asked to sit back down. Office staff was wonderful. My nurse was so attentive and listened to me. Dr. Ali was also "listening" to me. She corrected me on things I had read which made me feel better. We need more doctors like this.
