The staff and Dr Mustafa were very friendly and professional. I felt that I had amazing care. They fitted me in as an emergency patient. Thank you!
The schedulers are a nightmare to work with. They obviously work out of a call center, not at the actual office. When I called, they didn’t even have their laptop in front of them. They told me that the time I scheduled online doesn’t actually exist, but they waited all week and didn’t call me until the day before the appointment - after I had already booked my entire work day around this appointment.
