My whole house was backed up. I called the Village Plumber Sunday afternoon and they had some here around 7 PM. He worked diligently trying to fix the clog without success. He contacted his office and said they would have some one out Monday afternoon to fix the problem. I called the Village Plumber early Monday morning to see when they would be here. Today, 10-04-2024, Jose did some minor plumbing work at two properties I’m responsible for. He was prompt and ready to work on his arrival. He told me how he was going to attack the plumbing issues. The outcome was excellent. This was the third time I’ve used The Village Plumber and if they keep treating me as a respected customer, I’ll give them all my business. Village Plumber (Jose) came out promptly to fix a major sewer line clog that affected the whole house. He got right to it and worked til it finally got resolved. Turned out our clean out cap was damaged, which made it hard to get started, so Jose called and had a proper cap brought out to replace what we had! Another great job by the Village Plumber crew!

RJ arrived early and diagnosed the problem and several future problems as well. He was extremely competent, friendly, and did a thorough job, cleaned up and charged a reasonable rate for the work performed. I highly recommend RJ and The Village Plumber.

Alain came early and pinstalled new gas hot water heater quickly with no problems. Friendly no stress. No extra charges. Charged what was quoted over phone.
