The entire process was great. I called and they were out within 3 hrs to repair. Kevin was excellent. He communicated with me before he did any major work explaining what he thought the issue might be, and a ballpark of what he thought best case, and worst case. He called after the repair, with under the best case amount. He also seeded the area that he had to dig up. I am up north, and really appreciated his extra mile that he went to help me out!!
I have used Village Plumber twice, and each job was done very well. The most recent work was replacing my hot water heater. The tech, Jose, was terrific to work with! Update: Village Plumber visited my home earlier this week to do some follow-up work on the first job. The tech, Devon, was great, including being a very nice guy!
The guys were fantastic… Very knowledgeable, showed up exactly when they said they would and make sure they finish the job before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Gas work in and around The Villages… Great job Guys! Rick, S.
