The staff at Village Play were professional and provided everything that we paid for at our child's birthday party. If you're looking to just show up and not lift a finger, then this is the place for you. They provided the music we wanted, drinks/food, etc. I was relaxed during the entire party. We will definitely do another party with Village Play in the future.
My newly 3 year old had a poor interaction with another older child, maybe 5 or 6, in the play area for over 20 minutes because her parent couldn’t be bothered to monitor her. Finally, frustrated, we picked up to leave. The front desk heard me advising the other parent, while my daughter was now sobbing, that we were leaving because her daughter couldn’t play nicely and wouldn’t stop. We have been here many times for play. but finally had my daughter's birthday party here. It was amazing! The staff were so welcoming, calm, happy to be there. They helped me set up almost all of the decorations, which was a huge relief. They rounded up the kids for cake/presents, and served coffees to parents the entire time. We had our daughter’s birthday party at Village Play and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment we walked in everyone was so welcoming, professional and kind. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. I really liked it. Very clean, warm environment. I recommend this place. You can even bring your laptop and work from here while your child is having fun. They have season pass. I will definitely come back. The only bad things is their schedule, because they open from 9 to 3 on weekdays. And Saturdays from 9 to 12.
