DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!! It is not worth the money! These buildings are over 50 years old and have NOT been renovated to the times whatsoever! There was a litany of issues with the apartment when I signed a lease, some of these issues were disclosed but most were not. The walls are thin so you’ll have no issue hearing most of your neighbors conversations unless you have a tv going or something like that. Not worth the money it takes to stay here! Almost $1000 a month for thin walls, neighborhors that complain and call the cops if you're having a loud argument. I can always hear my neighbors snoring loudly at night. The landlord harasses anyone that walks on the property. His political views aren't private as he harasses you if your views are different. The landlord is so old fashioned that he leavea notes on the door which isnt always there and when you miss the memo threatens to tow your car without any remorse or kindness.... read more
