If you’re looking for a true Pilates class with instructors who really care to the bodies in front of them look no further! I activated every muscle in my body in Emma’s Circuit Pilates class! Emma corrected my form, made me laugh, gave me constructive feedback & made sure I was challenged with progressions she saw fit! 10/10 recommend, quality comprehensive Pilates instructor who cares about giving the best experience while keeping me safe! <3 I’ll be returning!
I have always wanted to try Pilates but was too nervous. I started doing duo sessions with a friend and I’m so glad I did. I love how individualized each exercise is and you know you’re in good hands with any of their instructors! I specifically see Lexi and she always makes sure we have a productive/safe Pilates class. I can tell I am getting stronger with each workout. Not to mention we have so much fun! I recommend Village Pilates whether you’re beginner or expert, they are the best!
