I was just in today to fill a pain management prescription after being struck by a vehicle in a domestic violence situation. While making conversation filling my script, the elderly lady, Collette, at the pharmacy counter said "sorry that you pissed her off." That comment is wildly inappropriate and it took all of my willpower not to scream and curse her out in the store. I waited at the counter for a while only to be told by the cashier that she needed to take the lady that was now standing behind me and prior to that was looking around the store first because she had wrapped something for her. These people need to pay attention when they have customers that are ready to check out. The professional and orderly thing to do would be to check that person out before you wrap their item.
