My first experience at one of these kinds of specialty pharmacies and the process was smooth and easy. The pharmacist was very kind and took extra time to explain my prescription to me in a way I could understand. As well as the process for what I would need to do in order to obtain a refill. He was very patient and made sure I understood everything I needed to know without making me feel rushed. I had a truly pleasant experience at this pharmacy.

I was just in today to fill a pain management prescription after being struck by a vehicle in a domestic violence situation. While making conversation filling my script, the elderly lady, Collette, at the pharmacy counter said "sorry that you pissed her off." That comment is wildly inappropriate and it took all of my willpower not to scream and curse her out in the store.
