Lenox Village Pharmacy (LVP) filled a prescription for a post surgical narcotic prescription, processed it with our insurance, then closed three hours early, the same time my wife left the hospital. Her doctor faxed another prescription to CVS that is open until 9 p.m., but CVS could not fill it because LVP had already processed it with our insurance and federal law prevents two narcotic prescriptions filled in the same day by the same person. Does this pharmacy typically put you on a lengthy hold when you call with a question? No Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this pharmacy typically ship your medication to the wrong address? No Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable... read more

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
