This is the rudest pharmacist I have ever dealt with. very rude. Never have med's. Always leave something out and have to go back. They think they can treat you bad because they are the only drug store in town. Last straw for me .I will drive 30 min to have friendly service and get my med's right. Beware I got someone else sycophantic med's instead of my med's after car accident. My med's was for a clasped lung. I would never say a bad thing about a business in this small town. U blink and it's gone! The only reason I don't have much for them is because they took several pills from my family members and mothers medication. I went off but it did no good. It wouldn't have been that bad if they would have admitted their mistake but no1 did!!That is such a shame because my grandparents, Mother, aunts, and uncle go there. Have had multiple employees treat me extremely poorly. I'm disgusted with the lack of customer service here and disappointed that there is no other pharmacy in Duffield to crush them. Just tried to call to get my wife some vitamin c and iron tablets 5 minutes before closing. I was put on hold for them to check what they had and was told instead that I could just come back at 9 tomorrow by someone different than had placed me on hold. How Rude!
