Negative stars! This company is worthless and completely unprofessional. I had 2 cars that were safelisted and not to be towed, which Joe Cervantes even confirmed and acknowledged after receiving the email from the property management company that both vehicles were safelisted and not to be towed. Well, guess what? He towed one of them anyway! I left him 3 messages the next morning, the management company left him a message and the tenant left him a message. NOT ONE RETURN PHONE CALL even apologizing for the error. I had to ... read more

Very professional and friendly staff. Feel safe under the watch of their highly trained guards. They are attentive, prompt, and can handle situations efficiently. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work guys !
Professional, courteous and friendly. The manager is a military veteran and runs this organization like you would expect from America’s armed forces and soldiers. I don’t have the option of calling in the Marines but I can call in Village Patrol.
Excellent company very affordable and willing to work on a last minute notice. They offer various types of services. Would highly recommend.
