Do not park here. Like many others, I paid for a full day of parking in this lot but they allege I submitted payment a few minutes after the infamous “30 minute grace period”. Spoke with them via chat as there is no capability to chat with a human over the phone or in person. They refused to waive the ridiculous $125 fee even though they acknowledged I paid for the full day and I explained the delay due to getting my two daughters ready for the slopes. Edit: after calling he Winter Park resort directly and speaking with their security team, they are aware of the frustration customers are having with Vanguard and offered to waive my fee. Hopefully they will loosen their policies with the vendor. Have parked here more than a dozen times, exceeded the "30 min grace period" by a few minutes because Park Mobile app stopped accepting Apple Pay for this zone, and was charged an $80 fee that they would not budge on. They will send you a ticket if you pay 33 minutes after entering, aeven if it takes you five minutes to park, 25 minutes to get your kids and everything ready, and another three minutes to pay. Come on

Vanguard Parking Solutions is a scam company. I paid the $50 parking fee and was charged $79.50 for not paying within 30 minutes. I had no cell service in the concrete parking garage and the machine had a failure to take payment. I then called the number above the machine, the individual told me I to try again. I got confirmation on screen I had paid, but no receipt printed. I then got a fine/fee later in the month. I confirmed I was charged the parking fee on my credit card.
