Been a patient here for years and eventually stopped bothering to set up appointments for anything besides medication refills because I’d be brushed off by the doctor and she refused to do anything for me. A few blood tests is all I got before she just stopped looking in to what was wrong with me because I’m “young and healthy”. Complete and utter garbage, I’m not sure how she even got a license to practice.
I received the WORST treatment yesterday from 1 of the receptionist regarding mammogram results. She was rude, abrasive, over talked and was completely unhelpful. I’m disgusted at the way I was treated and question how she even has a job dealing with the public because she has zero social skills and lacks basic human compassion.

Dr. Klopper and her team are friendly, supportive and caring.
Utter lack of care and concern. For months I couldn’t sleep. She refused to send me to a specialist. The pills she prescribed did not work. I came in to an appointment sleep deprived, at an ultimate low, struggling to breathe in a panic attack. I told her I couldn’t cope any more and I was going to kill myself.
