Village Park Homes is by far the worst company I have ever had the complete displeasure to work with. A one star rating is too high for them. Their business practices are morally and ethically corrupt. The owner and management of this company do not care at all if they destroy people's lives. They are substandard builders and can't even keep a head contractor because their houses are literally falling apart. We purchased an uncompleted spec. Several inconsistencies between advertising/paperwork and what they intended to do. Thus any paperwork needs close scrutiny if that is important to you. Also appears that construction management is lacking in quality control. Post purchase electronic warranty submission software is rather user unfriendly.
