Cant give them a zero? They have not fined my ******************** 3 years.
Village Park Homes is by far the worst company I have ever had the complete displeasure to work with. A one star rating is too high for them. Their business practices are morally and ethically corrupt. The owner and management of this company do not care at all if they destroy people's lives. They are substandard builders and can't even keep a head contractor because their houses are literally falling apart. They sign contracts with people and have them use their lender, Jet Home Loans, who denied my client's loan 1 day befo... read more
Buyer beware. Do Not....absolutely do not accept anything said by any representative from top to bottom, of Village Park unless it is writing. From verbal commitments to fixing items after closing, to annual inspection, to their on-line tool to submit repairs. Village Park has demonstrated to us they are not only unable to live up to their verbal commitments, but also some of the commitments in writing. I will never buy any home of any age built by Village Park and work not recommend VP to anyone.
The absolute worst experience one could have with a business. The reviews below state exactly what has happened to my family and our house. It is embarrassing to say the least. Nothing will happen. Beware!
Village Park Homes has been HORRIBLE to deal with once you close on your home. Very poor installation and workmanship on many items in our home. We were promised all items would be fixed shortly after move in. Nothing but broken promises about fixing our documented issues since we moved in. We have contacted the office and warranty managers multiple times only to be told they will get to it, but never do. There has been constant turnover of construction and warranty managers. We had 2 or 3 construction managers during the bu... read more

We moved into our house on November 6th. We really moved into 90% of a house. There were so many little things missing. Light fixture covers in the garage, stove vent hood cover, a mailbox, etc. After weeks and weeks and back and forth, telling us it will be next week, scheduling a guy to come out, COVID delays (just one thing after another) we finally got most of it fixed with the exception of the mailbox. They install a temporary one on a wooden post, we have had that one for almost more than 3 months......3 months. Its be... read more
We purchased an uncompleted spec. Several inconsistencies between advertising/paperwork and what they intended to do. Thus any paperwork needs close scrutiny if that is important to you. Also appears that construction management is lacking in quality control. Post purchase electronic warranty submission software is rather user unfriendly. Once an item is accepted in the system you have no way to check status. The warranty portion of VP homes leaves a lot to be desired. In addition to what appears to be excessive perso... read more
