Really nice for what you pay
I’ve been living here for the last 7 years and if I was writing this a year ago, I’d give 5 stars. However the HOA is letting things slide. Last year, the pool was closed for about 4 months because the HOA wouldn’t allocate enough funds to repair it. The good news is it finally did get repaired, but it was a long wait. I want to say the prev Property Manager and the current Maintenance Staff have been great and the grounds always look great. When we first moved in, we were in love with the place, BUT AFTER GETTING OUR CAR STOLEN, and hearing about BREAK-INS and such , we are highly disappointed and saddened by the change of our neighborhood. Stay away until the HOA decides to finally get its act together. Update: they have hired security and set up cameras around. Update to Update : Things have gotten absolutely worse. 2 Cars stolen last night and 7 broken into the night before. This place is going to have a mass exodus, we out!
