The positives of this building: 1) My grandma lives here and has for about 5/6 years. She’s pretty much lived here undisturbed the whole time, apart from the rent increase notices she’s received on her door from time to time. 2) The apartment itself is cute/quaint. That’s it. I moved from Virginia to Village Park Senior Living in December 2025. Before moving here, I asked many questions about the apartment before moving here. One being, Can I have a family member or friend view the apartment before I make the decision to move here, and I was told No. Once I arrived here and before they can show me the apartment, I was told that I had to sign the lease first (never heard that before). If I can give a negative number, I would. The worst place you can have your loved one. They abuse the elderly by verbal accusations, aggressive letters, unnecessary fees for everything and the office staff doesn’t open the door to help the residents, even if they are in the office. The elevators are always broken and there’s a good percentage of handicap individuals living there. I strongly feel they take advantage of those whose need help it the most. I wouldn’t like my worst enemy living in this building.

Just horrible they lie then send you notices to evacuate for having a neat well kept patio with plants they said you could have so evacuate now!Then say they were just joking Barbara will insult you for just trying to be likable and kind. It’s crawling with roaches and they keep the office locked. I could go on. It’s been almost 3 yrs and I’m very happy now God knows noone deserves to be hated on for being kind. Look around you can do better blessings I hope the best for everyone.
