Village Park is mismanaged and not well taken care of in any respect. Calling it a Park is an oxymoron. Half the Park is empty. Yards are generally unkept, filled with weeds. The management appears to be operating a "boomarang" sales practice, regularly reselling mobile homes that have been abandoned by previous owners.
