My sales person was Jody. Seemed quite knowledgeable and very helpful during the design process of the landscaping for my Lakehouse in Fruitland Park. I must have hit the perfect storm with Village Palms. I had a good size stone job in the back and told them the person that did the back job would also do the front! The girl was nice and polite, and seemed knowledgeable. After looking and measuring she said she would have the design back in a week. Three weeks later I start calling Village Palms for the estimate and design.. 3 WEEKS! I call and the girl is not available, but they claim to leave her a message...I explain everything and my 3 WEEK WAIT and ask for a supervisor... read more
