The best team ever! First of all, every single staff member is extremely friendly, patient, professional & accommodative. My daughter got expanders (which were installed in no time with zero pain or discomfort), I was trained on how to turn expander key right at the office (it was supposed to happen daily at home for 20 days) yet, I was terrified to turn the key every day, and in the end I messed it up by causing a mechanical jam 2 days later. Update: I wanted to share an update to my earlier review. Both the doctor and the front office staff personally reached out to apologize and clear the air, and it truly felt heartfelt. They took the time to listen, acknowledge what happened, and make things right. I genuinely appreciate the sincerity of their apology and the effort they made to ensure we felt heard and respected. Worst experience with front office staff. Incredibly rude and unprofessional for no reason. I went in because my child had an emergency — their wire broke — and instead of showing even basic concern, the woman at the desk refused to listen or accommodate us. She started yelling about being short-staffed and was unwilling to help. I had to push hard just to get an earlier appointment, even though we were already scheduled later the same day and were simply asking to be seen sooner. Overall I was very impressed with the building and staff. Dr G and all the staff were extremely friendly during the appointment and gave honest objective opinions on the treatment options. I recommend this practice for anyone looking for an ortho consult.
