Was treated orthodontically between 2015-2017 by Dr. Ines Guedes (who is no longer with the clinic), and in the end by Dr. Bruce McFarlane. Totally recommend Village Orthodontics to anyone. My teeth are still straight because I followed doctors' instructions during the treatment, and keep on wearing my retainers to this day. Administrative staff was very helpful as well.

Now that I'm on my FOURTH orthodontist at a different location due to no fault of my own. I have been completely blindsided by the fact that my oral surgeon and new orthodontist say I cannot have corrective jaw alignment surgery, as now I am at the END of my treatment and my current alignment is not suitable for surgery. The initial plan by Bruce was to ensure my teeth were positioned in such a way to prepare me for surgery..this is not the case apparently.. This Means I WASTED almost $10,000 for braces I did not need. I got... read more

Said my braces would be off in 1.5 years to 2 years. Around the 3 year mark they went out of business and I had to transfer to another office, and might have to pay more $$ to get it done now as well. Staff is friendly but they don’t fulfill their promises.

This place went out of business in Summer of 2022. Initially, they lied to patients saying that their data-base was down. This was not true. Instead, the business went bankrupt, and they failed to inform their patients about this matter. Furthermore, they have stopped answering their calls and they do not reply if you leave them a; voicemail, email or text message. To date there is no word as to what will be done regarding reimbursing everyone. It is shocking that they are not contacting patients to inform them that the busi... read more

Quite upset about the fact that I've been through three orthodontists since the beginning of my treatment. Started out with Bruce which was great and now I'm not sure if my treatment will ever get completed with what Bruce initially had in mind. I wasn't even informed about the change in orthodontists until I called myself. This procedure is extremely important to me, it's my face that is being being worked on. Makes me feel like I never started and never spent this amount of money in the first place. The receptionist Kathle... read more
