This place is awful for so many reasons. 1. Wait times are bad. 2. The dentists are arrogant and will gaslight you. 3. There’s so many patients in the office that they need you to stick to the script and god forbid you deter from the cookie cutter treatment plan they have for everyone. 4. Patient chairs are all side by side so there’s no confidentiality. I’d very often go in and overhear the dentist being rude and gaslighting similarly to me. 5. Got my braces removed today. Really great and kind service. I’ve had treatment done here twice and I would recommend anyone to come here.
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Murrell and the entire team at Village Orthodontics! From the beginning of my daughter’s orthodontic journey right through to getting her braces off today, everyone has been incredibly kind, professional, attentive and welcoming. The orthodontists here have such a great eye for detail and truly took the time to make sure we were happy with the final result. My experience with village orthodontics was sweet and short. Sweet, because the staff made it so and short because I followed instructions. When I was told to wear my elastics I made sure to do so… I would definitely recommend village orthodontics to family and friends. 10/10
