Very poor customer service from the employee handling my warranty. Manager did get involved and after some more frustration, the issue was resolved.
I had a great experience last week at my annual eye exam. Dr. Weber was great and took time during my exam to make sure we got the correct prescription since it changed. Debbie the Optician was really nice and patient while I looked for the right pair of glasses. Looking forward to my next visit.
Absolutely great experience, Debbie gave me her time and helped me choose the best looking pair of glasses for my brother and I, she was great company to speak with, I will most definitely come back here again! Patrick Weber the optometrist was an excellent doctor and helped explained all the details of my glasses and how my eyes were performing. Overall a wonderful experience my brother and I were very happy with our service.

Dr. Patrick Weber is kind, empathetic, informative and knowledgeable, he has made an extremely challenging life event significantly easier to navigate and I will forever be grateful.
