Very disappointed in this store and their accommodations for people with hearing disabilities. My sister is deaf and relies heavily on lip reading. Due to the circumstances with mask wearing, her ability to lip read is limited during the eye exam. She is a returning customer to this store and the the store owner would not accommodate by allowing another person to come to assist with communication, they would not use pen and paper to communicate, they would not use text, and they would not wear a clear face mask. I came into his establishment, unsure of what I wanted (or even needed)-\-\Greg listened to every concern, provided realistic and practical advise, and assisted me in finding the RIGHT pair of glasses! It was a pleasurable experience. The store owner himself helped us and everyone there went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I’m still wearing the glasses that I got there after two years. I’m very happy with their products and service

Love their selection. Very knowledgeable staff. The Eye Doctor is extremely thorough and treats every patient with respect and tries very hard to give the best most comprehensive eye exam anywhere. Store is a winner. Highly recommend to anybody looking for frames, contact lenses or sunglasses.
If you wish to be treated like the invisible person, this place is for you. It’s the size of a shoebox and 1 Lady can’t say “be with in a few minutes” and the younger woman pretends nobody walked into this undersized hole-in-the wall. Certainly my last visit. S.L.

worst place in the world to purchase glasses, dont care about customers or wether or not you shop there.Let me walk out in the middle of a $400.00 order & did not care!
