Enjoyable visit with a dear old friend!
My father has been at village on the park Rogers since the end of 2019 and the attention to the cleanliness of his apartment and the quality of the food has slipped to a level of incompetence. I am sad to say that I give village on the park rogers a solid F on cleanliness and food quality especially. The nurses have been wonderful and we love them. They work tirelessly to take care of our parents. They deserve a gold star. However, they need SERIOUS help otherwise.
Staff very attentive to our friends needs and always friendly, show they really care. Always neat and clean there as well.
We love Village on the Parks! My Mother-In-love is a resident and they take really good care of her. She enjoys being here and has made so many friends. It has been a great experience for her.
The staff is very kind and helpful in what can be a very challenging time for families.
