I got fired from here after being told I had to provide proof of residency for five years, to be honest, why couldn't they get all of that during the orientation? But the biggest part that bothers me is when they literally paid for some of the 5 star ratings. They held a raffle for employees to rate 5 stars on Google, those employees got entered for a chance to win prizes. And from my experience of working there, there's a select few good staff there. Village on the Park Bentonville was absolutely wonderful the entire time my father-in-law called this “home” — until he received his angel wings! The management staff made it a priority to make certain the residents were happy and adjusted. They took time to get to “know” who lived there as well. The nursing staff was fabulous and very attentive to their patients and showed them love. The dining staff was fun and meals were very good!
