Terrible building. I parked in the visitor parking and scanned the code to register. While I'm about to register I got a phone call and stepped away. Literally less than 5 minutes later I got back to the car to complete registration and found a 95$ ticket for failing to register. Visitor parking was COMPLETELY empty and I was there for less than 5 minutes. This is RIDICULOUS! Do you just have someone looking at your "precious" visitor parking all day to grab some money? You are JOKE!
This is the worst management I have ever seen. If your goal is to make money through towing services, then don’t build condos like this for people to live in. Condo Genie is not the only way to notify residents, and not everyone can access emails. If you actually wanted to inform us about parkade cleaning and towing, you should have spent a little more money to print notices and deliver them to every unit door.
