Village Energy installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system for our home. I was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of the installation team. Their attention to detail was spot on. The system works great, and fully met our expectations. Equally important, the follow-up service has also been outstanding. Everyone that we’ve dealt with at Village Energy has been friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. They even took care of the paperwork for our rebate from Central Hudson. I highly recommend them!!
We’ve been using Village since we bought our home two years ago, and they have been fantastic. The team is always so helpful and kind. When we purchased the home, we had concerns about our heating unit and were told by another company it needed to be replaced. Shannon recommended that Rick take a look, and he was able to make the necessary repairs within a week. We’re so grateful to have a local business we can count on to be honest and dependable. They’ll always have our business!
We had Mike and the team at Village Energy remove our antiquated oil furnace and replace it with a 36,000btu heat pump and wall registers in 3 rooms... it does an amazing job of heating & cooling our home, even during sub-zero temps in deep winter. Our heating & cooling costs are down significantly and removing the baseboard heating units freed up a good bit of floor space in each room.
