Staff are always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate all that they do to assist my mother at this stage of her life. I'm concerned about the laundry services. Her whites are grungy and she has a large pile of single socks and no pairs plus other people's labelled items, which she can't possibly have put in her drawers. The floor around her tv stand has large dust bunnies indicating a lack of cleaning.
Lots of problems
When logging in at the South entrance, have a small garage can available to dispose of the wax paper from the pack of the name tag and to dispose of the name tag when logging out. Also putting the small table directly in front of the log in station forces me to log in from the left side of the table. I notice I am not in the camera view when I'm logging in from the left side. Is the intention to capture an image of everyone logging in/out and if it is....the table should be located more to the right side of the login station... read more
