stop upping the rent every year
The place is well kept and the office staff are very responsive. I like the open spaces and regular maintenance. I'm just a little annoyed about the squeaking floors 😊

Beautiful homes with lots if open spaces in the back yards.
I enjoy living here. The maintenance crew does an excellent job with snow removal, mowing, etc... and its close to everything that I need and like to do. So far its been a great place to live.
