Quite poor -lab results not viewed by medical staff for 23 days after results posted which indicated further testing needed and message sent thru lab portal requesting confirmation of message when results had already viewed by patient that stated patient would be informed of any critical or life threatening results. no phone call/email/or text received from physician when message not acknowledged due extended time lapse which has led to critical health issues not being treated in a timely manner.
