New very bad management. DO NOT move anywhere under the Harmony Holdings company. Functions like a ridiculously strict HOA. Update now it appears they're wanting to control what you do in the trailer you own not sure how that works, and I'm pretty sure they also do repairs without getting building permits. Feb. 2026 New ownership again but so far not looking like an improvement. For a reference Gemstone Communities the new owner has a 1.7 rating.
Worst management outfit I've ever delt with. Pool never opens always an issue. Snow removal stink. An no salt and sand placed down during our last last bit of snow and slippery during the morning of! It was better here when Iwe had the previous owners! As soon as I can pull my home out I'm out of here!! Lot Rent continues to go up and up and up. Been there 21 years. If I could efford to more my home I would be out of there . But I can't so I'm stuck....... Shame
Clean safe ..Real address. And you must own to live there,,no renters it makes all the differenced. Nice people mostly older. New owners raised lot rent and I think it's 423.00 a month now.
Well, it was a great neighborhood to live in! We've been here 11 years, and now we can't WAIT TO LEAVE! Management was bought out, and since then, rents up, people can rent out trailers. No more background checks, and so pretty much anyone can be in here now. Just seems to be going downhill and FAST!!!
Nice school. My daughter thought it was above average and staff was helpful and responsive. The teachers were actually teaching and not just throwing curriculum at the students void of insights and expounding upon subject matter leading to greater learning and retention. Thumbs up!
