Terrible staff – I have lived in serveral apartment buildings and this is by far the worst. Don't get me wrong the location is great, and the grounds are mostly kept nice. The office staff is just awful, they are rude, apathetic, and snotty. The manager Murielle is worst of them all. I have never been treated with more disprespect than dealing with her. I e-mailed her boss to complain and was told "because you were vulgar all further correspondence will go through our lawyer." I was frustrated but not vulgar. They seem to on... read more
