Nice Neighborhood with Proactive Management Nice and safe neighborhood. The management team changed a year ago, and since then, they have been actively engaged in various repair and improvement projects. Management bad i went there to see about an 2 bedroom apartment, and first the door was closed and than it took the lady about 1 min to come open the door. Once she did she was very rude! She was very short with me when I was asking questions! Just turned me off about renting there. I will not go back to this property until management change. Or the person at the front desk fix her attitude!
Rude Office Staff As a prospective tenant, the staff’s rudeness was a no for me. The phones go to voicemail when you call and when the staff member did answer, she was discourteous and abrupt.
Horrible Management I wish I could rate this apartment zero stars! The manager Portia was completely atrocious!! I went to the leasing office to inquire when the pool would finally open (it’s ridiculous that it is now July and the pool was suppose to open in May). She didn’t have answers for me, she instead got nasty and gave me smart remarks. I then expressed my concerns that the front door of my building doesn’t lock. Churchills Choice Apts These apartment homes are nice and are in a perfect location. They are very spacious. Last year I would of given them a 5 but since the new management it they have gone downhill as far as maintaining the apartment homes.
